Fixing CoDM scope not opening issue:

STEP 1: You can click the 'KEYBOARD' button on the right side and customize the keymapping as your preference.

STEP 2: Here, as you updated to latest version of CoDM, it's key controls gets changed from CoDM server officially.
STEP 3: No need to worry, just move the 'right click' button below the 'operator skill' button as shown in the following picture.
