If it is difficult for you to find, you can use Filter box as well (similar to "Search"). You just have to enter the above flags one-by-one to locate the correct one. And upon searching the flag, you will see flag values at the bottom like True or False. To disable the flags, you can set the value to False or simply double-click on the flag to toggle between True and False.
Once you are done with disabling all the flags, click on the "OK" button and exit the uTorrent client. Make sure to close uTorrent application from the task manager or system tray.
