2. Type CMD to open command prompt >> Open it with Administration privileges

3. Go to >> C:\WINDOWS\system32> and type: netsh and hit enter

4. You will see:
netsh>

5. Now type: winsock reset and hit enter
netsh>winsock reset

6. You will get the message to restart the computer. A reboot is a must.

7. Check again your Chrome will run.

METHOD 3: Fixing Chrome registry issues

1. Completely remove Google Chrome by using official Google Chrome removal tool: https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/

2. It's a must that you remove chrome completely from your system [Make sure you have backed up everything]

3. Go to Start >> Run >> type "regedit" and hit enter.

4. Then go to
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER>>Software>>Google" >> Delete this Google folder
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>>Software>>Google" >> Delete this
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>>Software>>Wow6432Node>>Google" >> Delete folder.
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>>SOFTWARE>>Google>>Update>>Clients" >> Look for "{430FD4D0-B729-4F61-AA34-91526481799D}" >> Delet it
For 64 bit Windows, the key is at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>>SOFTWARE>>Wow6432Node>>Google>>Update>>Clients"

Also "HKEY_CURRENT_USER>>Software>>Google>>Update>>Clients" Look for "{430FD4D0-B729-4F61-AA34-91526481799D}" >> Delet it

5. Remove other registry too;
Go to >> "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>>SOFTWARE>>Microsoft>>Windows NT>>CurrentVersion>>Image File Execution Options>>GoogleUpdate.exe"
Right-click "GoogleUpdate.exe" >> Delete

6. Close the window

7. Restart your PC, its must.

8. Now try to install Google Chrome; it'll surely Work.
