Turn Voice Input On/Off - Android: If you can't enable android keyboard voice input then follow the steps as it is written to enable the speech to text voice input key microphone button missing from the standard Android keyboard.
  1. Go to Settings >> Controls Tab >> Language and input.

  2. Make sure you have selected Samsung Keyboard or Google Keyboard as a default.

  3. In Language and input setting >> Select Google voice typing.

  4. Done!

Android 5.1 Lollipop update

Even voice input was enabled and if you long-press the setting key it will open the setting menu and it won't consist of the voice input option. So the solution found in the Keyboard Setting App running in the background.

Go to Settings >> General Tab >> Application manager >> Running apps >> Go to Google Keyboard.

Here you will see another 'setting menu' that you not able to access from anywhere. Now enable the option for Google Voice Typing. And you are done.

Advanced Tip: Turn 'Google Search and Google Voice Search' apps ON and check.
